Testing Policy

Test fees are nonrefundable except in the case of illness or injury (with physician certification).

Requests to switch to the following test session without paying the fees again will be considered one time only if the request is received at least 3 weeks prior to the test date.

If you change your mind less than 3 weeks before the test date, you will not receive a refund or credit. You are always welcome to register again for any future test.

When you register for a test, you are committing to being able to test anytime during the test session. Scheduling is dependent on judge availability and the number registered for each type of test.

Requests for specific testing times submitted at least 3 weeks before the test date will be considered, but we cannot guarantee being able to honor them. After the test schedule is posted, no time changes will be permitted.

Special request must be submitted in a single, new email (do not hit Reply) to the test chair. The subject of the email must include the skater’s name, special request (for example, “time”), and the date of the test. If you are unable to attend the test session after you have registered, we do appreciate it you notify us as soon as possible.

Please note: registration closes 3 weeks before or as soon as the test session is full which ever comes first. This can occur as early as 4-5 weeks before the actual test date.
